LAST UPDATED 11/14/2001

I've been busy this year, more than any other year, I beleive.  Jennifer got me started early (late September), and we've been carving ever since!  Here is a simple photo album of my latest creations!

If you see a photo that interests you, and you would like a high resolution copy, feel free to send me email and, time permitting, I will email a copy to you.  These high resolution images are 1600 X 1200 pixels, jpeg compressed and are 250KB - 500KB in size.  Family and friends get presidence of my time when requesting high res copies.

This is the largest of the albums provided, so I've broken it into 3 parts.  This is part one.  Part 2 is located here, and Part 3 is located here.

To view the images, just click on the thumbnail image on the left.  Use your browser BACK button to return to this index.   The images are about 30KB - 40KB and will take a few seconds to load.

ENJOY!

burnt.jpg (27129 bytes) If for no other reason than this, THIS is why you shouldn't play with matches... *S* I always make a point of carving a silly pumpkin each year.  This is that pumpkin *S*
don.jpg (26813 bytes) The other side of this same pumpkin (above) is an abstract...
alaska1.jpg (28455 bytes) I recently took a trip to Alaska with my good friend Ron.  I have family there and all of this inspired the topic on this pumpkin.  This pumpkin is carved 3/4 of the way around the pumpkin.  The next 4 images show all of the views on this pumpkin.  Following that is a panoramic of this whole pumpkin.  This first image shows a miner panning for gold.
alaska2.jpg (30600 bytes) This image shows the face of an eskimo

alaska3.jpg (32454 bytes) This image shows and elk and a caribou along with an outline of Dinale.
alaska4.jpg (26286 bytes) This image shows a moose
pano_alaska_sm.jpg (75621 bytes) This is the panoramic of the Alaska pumpkin, showing all of the carvings in one long image.
bowsman.jpg (38600 bytes) A Bowswoman, in the forest, taking aim at her target.  I love the detail in the bow, on this carving.  This is one of 3 images on this pumpkin.  The other two are shown below.
knight.jpg (43380 bytes) Same pumpking, 2nd image.   This shows a knight standing next to the kings chair.
vampre.jpg (30997 bytes) 3rd and final image on this pumpkin shows the face of a woman.  I love this carving just because of the way the hair came out (very tough carving hair *S*)
boatrace.jpg (31496 bytes) If you've bounced around my website for any period of time, you've probably bumped into my cardboard boat efforts...  This is a carving of the medalion that was given out to all of the boat participants
p2100010.jpg (22598 bytes) A nicely rendered dragons head (1 of 3 images on this pumpkin)
p2100012.jpg (23828 bytes) The face of the pumpkin shows a knight with a subject before him.
p2100015.jpg (20601 bytes) the 3rd and final image shows a family of dragons
pa260021.jpg (33116 bytes) This pumpkin was carved for a friend of mine who owns a massage clinic.  I worked with her to create her logo, and rendered it on this pumpkin.
